Ragin Cajun Holiday Catering

  • The cutoff for orders is Wednesday Nov. 26 by noon.
  • All orders must be picked up by close of business (9pm) on Wednesday Nov. 26
  • Unless otherwise specified, Turkeys will be served cooled to proper holding temperature. Reheating instructions will come with each package.
  • Ragin Cajun Seafood & Po Boys requires that all items be paid for upon order.
  • Ragin Cajun will be closed Thanksgiving day but will reopen (with gift cards) on Black Friday.

with choice of Louisiana Oyster dressing or Cornbread Stuffing & Giblet Gravy

A 10lb to 12lb bird injected with Tony Chacturie’s Cajun Injector and left to marinade overnight, deep fried in peanut oil served with your choice of cornbread stuffing or Louisiana Oyster dressing and giblet gravy
